Q: Do you take insurance?
A: At this time, insurance does not reimburse for Coaching. Sarah accepts credit cards and checks for payment.

Q: Can I work with Sarah if I don’t live in San Diego?
A: Absolutely! Sarah works with girls all over the country. Sessions are conducted via skype and/or over the phone.

Q: How does the sign-up process work for new clients?
A: After you purchase your initial health consultation and coaching package, I will email you within 24 hours to introduce myself, answer any questions you may have, and schedule your first session.

Q: I’m not sure health coaching is right for me. How do I decide?
A: Let’s talk! Contact me with any questions and we will figure out if coaching is right for you!
